1. Ordering & Delivery
By placing an order through Janani Group, you agree to the following terms regarding our food delivery service:
- All orders are subject to availability of ingredients and menu items at the time of ordering
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed — traffic, weather, and demand may affect them
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our discretion
- You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through our platform
Important: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
2. Payments & Pricing
Our payment terms ensure transparency and fairness for all customers:
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash on delivery (COD)
- Menu prices and delivery charges are subject to change without prior notice
- For cash on delivery orders, exact change is appreciated to ensure smooth handover
- Online payments are processed through Razorpay — a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway
We never store your card details on our servers. All payment data is handled securely by our payment processor.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Our policy on order cancellations and refunds:
- Orders may be cancelled within 10 minutes of placement without any penalty
- After 10 minutes, the order may already be in preparation and a cancellation fee may apply
- Approved refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3–5 business days
- No refunds will be issued for delivered orders unless a valid food quality issue is reported immediately upon delivery
If you receive incorrect or unsatisfactory food, contact us within 30 minutes of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue for resolution.
4. Privacy & Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously. Our data handling practices include:
- We collect only the information necessary to process and fulfil your orders
- Payment details are encrypted and securely processed — we never store card numbers
- We may contact you via SMS or email regarding your order status or for feedback
- We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising
- You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us

5. Liability & Food Safety
Important information regarding food safety and the limits of our liability:
- Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions must inform us before placing the order
- We are not liable for allergic reactions or dietary issues that arise when we were not informed in advance
- Food should be consumed promptly after delivery for best quality and food safety
- We follow all applicable food safety regulations, but cannot guarantee against rare, unforeseeable incidents
- Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order placed
